She has experience in in-patient hospitals, community mental health, school-based and private practice settings.
With over 15 years of experience as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and business owner, Erin combines these skill sets to identify and execute process improvement in both clinical and operational divisions of the company. She plays key roles in a wide variety of processes, including the development of clinical protocols and oversight, risk management, HIPAA protocols and compliance, EHR implementation and business analytics.
Erin has always been intrigued by the human mind and how it affects all aspects of life and believes in the basic nursing principles of education, early intervention and holistic care. Feeling that education is the best way to decrease the stigmatization of mental illness, Erin takes every opportunity to reach out to the community and other professionals, providing comprehensive and accurate information on psychiatric diagnosis and treatment.
When she is not working, Erin enjoys playing guitar, refinishing flea market finds and playing with her dogs, Tucker & Macy.
