The Medical Director partners with cross-functional teams of Wellness Solutions Geriatric (WSG) to ensure innovative management, and is considered an expert in the field of long-term care (LTC).  Provides collaborative oversight and chart review (according to state policies/regulations) for the WSG nurse practitioner (NP) that works at the facility where the Medical Director conducts leadership.


Board Eligible Psychiatrist needed for collaborative oversight of nurse practitioner / physician assistant providing medication management in Long Term Care and Rehabilitation settings. This role requires the electronic review of 20% of notes as required by regulations, with no onsite visit required.  Amazing opportunity as adjunct to existing practice or to fit retirement needs.


Regional Directors are responsible for the oversight of operations within their assigned territory under the direction and guidance of the Vice President of Operations. The Regional Director will use established clinical models, systems and protocols in the planning, management and support of the services provided within contracted facilities and serves as the driving force for expansion of services and facility satisfaction. Regional Directors provide support to direct report employees and are leaders in cultivating an environment that encourages teamwork and employee satisfaction. Serves as a direct provider of services for urgent coverage needs.  This position requires a Masters in Nursing.


Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or a Nurse Practitioner of another specialty with psych to provide psychiatric services.  Qualified candidates possess the following requirements:

  • Masters of Science in Nursing
  • RN and APN licenses
  • Board certification
  • DEA license (not required for application, but must be obtained before hired)
  • Psychiatric experience
  • Long term care or geriatric experience


The Medical nurse practitioner (NP) is responsible for providing medical best practices and compassionate quality care to the long-term care (LTC) population. The medical NP works in close collaboration with the interprofessional team at LTC facilities.  Practices adult acute/chronic care, med-surg, and primary care within scope of license, training, credentialing, current standards of care, including the quality of care criteria adopted by the LTC facility.  Knowledge of psychiatric care and working with psychiatric services.  Qualified candidates possess the following requirements:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (NP) with minimal 1-year experience
  • Must have: strong med-surg experience to match the evolving definition of LTC populations
  • Medical practice with LTC population , LTC Quality Indicator experience, Geriatric experience


Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Psychologist (PhD, EdD or PsyD) to provide psychotherapy and behavioral management services in Long-Term Care facilities.  Needs to be able to bill Medicare and have HSP designation.  Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Doctoral Level Psychologist (Ph.D., Ed.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)


Our Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers work in close collaboration with the medical and nursing staff of our Long Term Care facilities to provide the highest level of personalized health care services during on-site visits.  Qualified candidates possess the following requirements:

  • Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Masters in Health Science or Masters in Medical Science
  • PANCE Certification
  • DEA license (not required for application, but must be obtained before hired)


Licensed Practical Nurses with long-term care experience.  The primary purpose of this position is to provide support in customer service, administrative duties, and collecting data about resident status prior to evaluation by one of our Nurse Practitioners. Quality candidates must possess the following requirements:

  • LPN licensure
  • Certificate of training from college or technical school
  • Long term care experience
